These are the ties that bind us all together and make us one inseparable family: Sutton Jones married Chloe (maiden name unknown), and from this union 17 children were born. We have the names of 13 of those children. They were: Hannah, Easter, Dinnah, Eliza, Hollen, Mary, Phebe, Jack,George, Abram, Sutton Jr. Simon and Lauden.

Cousin Glennie Mae Stokes Jenkins, of 15923 Hwy 55 E. Stonewall, NC died Wednesday May 23, 2018 at Carolina East Medical Center. The family will receive friends at the residence. Viewing hours are 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM Tuesday at Oscar's Mortuary at 1700 Oscar Drive, New Bern, NC. Her funeral service is 1:00 PM Wednesday, May 30, 2018 at New Bern Eastern Missionary Baptist Association Headquarters 885 Highway 306 N Grantsboro. The interment will follow at Stonewall Cemetery. Please keep the family in your prayers and show concern with cards, flowers, your presence, etc. as best you can.
